Industrial exploration of Krasnoyarsk Region, development of oil and gas fields of North as well as development of Lower Angara Region have increased the needs for delivering project cargoes to hard-to-reach areas of Siberia. Furthermore, some of significant energy facilities are being constructed and updated: Surgut SDPP, Nyagan SDPP, Sayano-Shushenskaya, Krasnoyarskaya and Boguchanskaya Plants which called for execution of unique transport operations on delivery of equipment.
The second industrialization of Siberia is pacing up. New factories are built, extractive industry is under development. All this opens good perspectives for heavy-lift operators. But remoteness of Siberia from the European part of Russia and developed industrial countries of Europe, Asia and Pacific, severe climate and insufficient level of transport infrastructure development make delivery of cargoes to cities and villages of Siberia rather complicated for any transport company.
Delegates are free to discuss the following key issues:
- Delivery of project cargoes to Siberia;
- Capacities of inner waterways for delivering project cargoes;
- Usage of aviation in hard-to-reach areas
The Forum will be divided into two days. Day One will offer plenary sessions and on Day Two we invite you to the excursion program “Meeting Novosibirsk” and informal communication.
